1. Data Controller

The Data Controller (hereinafter the “Data Controller”) is AIPnD ETS – Italian Association of Non-Destructive Testing,
Diagnostic Monitoring and Test Laboratories, a Third Sector Body, with headquarters in Brescia, via Corfu 48, in the
person of its legal representative pro tempore. Pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation No 2016/679 (hereinafter
“GDPR”), the data will be processed in the following manner and for the following purposes.


2. Object of the processing

The Data Controller will process identifying data (by way of example: name, surname, tax code, company name,
address, telephone, e-mail, etc.) and personal data (such as qualification, type/sector of activity, bank and payment
details), hereinafter referred to as “Personal data”, communicated by the interested party during paper registration
and/or through different channels and/or through the websites www.aipnd.it and events.aipnd.it.

3. Purpose of processing.

The data will be processed by the Data Controller for the following possible purposes:
– transmission of periodic communications by e-mail and/or paper;
– invitation to activities and/or events promoted by the Owner;
– in case of registration on the www.aipnd.it site, registration on the site and creation of any user (username and
password);
– in case of registration for events, inclusion in the list of event participants, possible receipt of invitations for events
of interest from other associations connected to the Owner, including foreign ones, and billing of the participation fee
for the event, if due;
– in case of association with AIPnD, sending information regarding the status of member and delivery of the
membership card;
– in case of purchase of volumes or other material, order management, delivery of the same and related invoicing.

4. Method and duration of treatment.

The data processing takes place using manual and IT tools, on both paper and digital media, in compliance with the
necessary measures prescribed by the relevant legislation, aimed at ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and
availability of the Data, as well as avoiding damage, whether material or immaterial.
The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the above purposes, or until consent is
revoked.

5. Communication of data to third parties and transfer abroad.

The Data Controller, for the purposes of providing the requested services, limited to the purposes set out above, may
share some of your personal data to third-party companies, which will operate on behalf of the Data Controller as
Data Controller, in compliance with the provisions provided and the GDPR. The updated list of Data Processors and
persons in charge of processing is kept at the headquarters of the Data Controller.
The Data Controller may communicate the name, nationality and e-mail address of the interested parties to foreign
sister associations, exclusively in the event of participation of the interested party in editions of traveling conferences.
The aforementioned associations, operating in countries located in the European Union or outside of it, will still
guarantee a level of protection of personal data deemed adequate, in compliance with current international
regulations and agreements, as well as in the face of the adoption of appropriate measures (e.g. standard contractual
clauses).
Furthermore, at the end of the ECNDT 2026 event, which will be held in Verona in June 2026, the Data Controller will
be able to communicate the personal data of the participants regularly registered in the Conference (limited to name,
surname, e-mail address and professional affiliation) to the Association member of the European Federation
responsible for organizing the subsequent European Conference in 2030. This communication will take place
exclusively for purposes related to the organizational and institutional management of conference activities, in
compliance with the principles of necessity, minimization and proportionality, as well as the security measures
provided for by the GDPR.

6. Rights of the data subject.

Interested parties have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided for, access to their personal
data, rectification or cancellation of the same, limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the
processing itself (articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation).
Interested parties may at any time exercise their rights by sending a registered letter with return receipt to AIPnD (Via
Corfu, 48 – 25124 Brescia) or an e-mail to the address segreteria@aipnd.it.
