CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
The Organizing Committee of ECNDT 2026 invites all experts in the field to submit their abstracts for oral and poster presentations, with the aim of sharing cutting-edge research findings and significant international case studies.
HOW TO SUBMIT ABSTRACTS FOR ORAL AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS
The final versions of accepted extended abstracts or full papers submitted for the conference proceedings will be made freely accessible on NDT.net’s Open Access Archive in a special issue of the e-Journal of Nondestructive Testing (ISSN 1435-4934) (www.ndt.net).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the online system available on the official conference website, following the specified format.
• Up to three conference topics may be selected
• Authors must indicate their preference for an oral or poster presentation (the final decision rests with the Scientific Committee)
• Abstracts can be modified until the submission deadline, which is set for 11:59 PM on November 15, 2025
• Authors will be notified of the selection outcome by January 31, 2026
• Final extended abstracts and full papers for the proceedings must be submitted by March 15, 2026
• Authors of accepted abstracts must register for the conference by March 15, 2026
• Accepted abstracts will be included in the abstract book, which will be distributed to conference participants
• The final versions of accepted extended abstracts or full papers submitted for the conference proceedings will be made freely accessible on NDT.net’s Open Access Archive in a special issue of the e-Journal of Nondestructive Testing (ISSN 1435-4934) (www.ndt.net)
• Authors may submit their full paper to one of the additional listed publishers for publication after the conference. Should authors wish to submit their full paper to one of the scientific international journals of the additional publishers, the submission to the conference proceedings should be limited to the extended abstract of two pages.

CALL FOR SPECIAL SESSIONS (SS)
To meet the high demand from participants, it is once again possible to submit a proposal for a Special Session on a specific vertical topic of NDT.
Please make sure to propose new topics, avoiding overlaps with already published Special Sessions.
Carefully read their descriptions in the available PDF files listed below.
All experts with experience in organizing scientific meetings are invited to propose Special Sessions (SS) on specific themes of NDT.
The proposals will be evaluated from the Scientific Committee. Only the selected SS with at least 6 accepted papers will be activated in the ECNDT2026.
The Organizers of the accepted Special Sessions will chair them in ECNDT2026.
